Yin Yoga was created when Paul Gilley combined a hindú discipline with a Chinese one during the 70´s. This is a yoga style slower and with more pauses tan usual. The Asanas are made deeply and try to be held from 3 to 8 minutes.
Yin Yoga represents the soul of meditation, the deepest thoughts and the stillness. Unifying these three elements will help to reach a state of peace and tranquility of body and mind.
This style focuses on the connectivity of the whole body from its deepest cells to its skin. The main goal is to regulate the energy flow that runs through the body.
